My Meditation Garden

My Meditation Garden

There are two purposes to the Meditation Garden. The first is to serve as an introduction to meditation, making it accessible and understandable to people who normally would not be involved in meditation. Many people think that meditation is a mystical and complicated and has no place in their daily lives. MyMeditationGarden.com is designed to show people simple ways that they can incorporate meditation to improve their complex 21st century lives. Like a seed, we do this by planting something very small that  grows and grows over time into something beautiful.  Unlike many of the other meditation sites on the web, My Meditation Garden uses meditation to help people achieve their daily goals. century lives.

The second purpose is to serve as a community to help people share their experiences, knowledge, information, and techniques regarding meditation. We are constantly searching through online and off-line sources of information to try and find new and interesting ways to present information to our readers in a simple an organized way that can help them improve their daily lives.

There is always plenty to see and do in The Garden.  We plant something new almost every day.  To browse the site, just choose any one of the colored subjects on our homepage.  At the top of the article list, you can sort articles by most recent or most popular… or just sign up for our RSS feed, sign up for our Meditation Garden Newsletter, and join us on Facebook and Twitter and have our feed transmitted directly to your computer desktop.

Aside from our regular articles and blog, we constantly post the best information and media we find, including news, images, audio, and video. You can quickly find anything by using the search bar at the top of the site.  The dropdown menu lets you select a specific meditation topic or search through them all.  To search for every post in a specific topic, just select that topic in the dropdown menu, leave the search box blank, and press the go button.
