  • I’ve always found that meditation is the best cure for anxiety as well. The only problem is sometimes it can be tough to meditate in certain situations, like at work or out in public when you feel you anxiety levels rising.

    You might also be interested in EFT, which I’ve also found effective since I learned it recently.

    I think it’s wonderful that you are putting all of this information about meditation and how it can be used by western doctors in addition to medication and treatment.

    I’ve been meditating for over 12 years and can honestly say that I have experienced many different benefits from it. I strongly recommend it to anyone.
