Brett,
I am really happy to hear that meditating is helping you deal with the pain you are experiencing. It’s absolutely amazing how much we can do with our minds, isn’t it? There is an infinite power in our minds that we just have not tapped into. Meditating and using binaural beats is one of the ways that we can tap into it- non-intrusively and easily.
Thank you for your comment and I hope you continue to feel better and better.

Hi Catherine,
Thank you so much for sharing with us your experiences so far. I am really happy to hear that the meditation course and the binaural beats I talk about in My Meditation Garden have helped you. That’s fantastic!
Anyone who is new to meditation can read my review of the meditation course and check out the binaural beats to which I refer as well.
I’ve had terrible back problems for years now due to a car accident. I was in utter shock and amazement when I read this article and decided to immediately start meditating to see if it worked.
I can say that meditating has definitely improved my pain tolerance to the point where I either don’t feel the pain or am just not aware of it.
I’ve been using binaural beats also specifically for endorphin release and relaxation and they’ve really helped me out with my pain. Thanks for this site and all the great information.
I am just fascinated by all of the information you’ve got on this site. It motivated me to start the Living Liberation meditation course and I’m meditating on a regular basis now.
I’ve got to tell you, I’ve also been using the binaural beats you mention on the site and they are magnificent. Thank you for the information.
