Transcendental Meditation- Watch David Lynch’s Interview on its Effects on Children

Internationally known successful film producer, David Lynch, is the founder of an organization dedicated to advocating the education and benefits of Transcendental Meditation.

Recently, the Beatles’ Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney reunited to support David Lynch’s foundation and upcoming project to bring Transcendental Meditation to children around the world.

Lynch advocates Transcendental Meditation because after you learn to practice it, you are able to do it on your own throughout your daily life. According to him, the amount of suffering you do in life.

He talks about the actual education of Transcendental Meditation and describes what having a mantra does for you while meditating.

David Lynch advocates that schools should help students live life to their fullest potential not just train them to be employees for their lives.
