In this episode of the Meditation Garden Podcast, I have the pleasure of sharing some time with J. Kim Wright, JD.
J. Kim Wright has been a trailblazer in the movement of consciousness in the legal profession. She has traveled throughout the United States extensively in search of ways in which practicing lawyers, judges, and law professors apply mindfulness into their practices.
Kim is a prime example of how you can achieve optimal levels of success in life by applying mindfulness in your career.
She is the author of a book that will be published by the American Bar association in April of 2010 wherein she discussed in detail different ways in which you can become a more mindful attorney.
